Nick Diaz wins appeal in a few weeks and the plots his return to the UFC. This site has told you all this before and will again. The other sites have quotes from attorneys who are … borderline idiots. At best. And they kind of say the same but don’t really because THEY AREN’T US!!!!
He will show that his basic right to due process at the hands of a government official was violated and that there was an inherent bias present in the commission; that his punishment was without precedent and as such is declared voided by a judge, remanded to the commission for further consideration that is consistent with the judge’s decision, and in all likelihood Diaz will be eligible to fight by early 2016. Buuuuuuut.
What at we also have are inside sources, ones that provide us with invaluable exclusive information. Like the following revelation that Nick Diaz will be using the following as his walk out song – and Dana White approves!!! I mean, why would we make this up? That would be absurd…
