Welcome to the latest installment of UFC 193 Embedded. OK, it’s the first one but I figured there’d be a bunch of them, as there normally are leading up to a big PPV. You know, usually 4-7 minutes, just a glimpse into the lives of those putting it all on the line to make a butt-ton of money. This one? FORTY-FIVE MINUTES! That’s basically a UFC Countdown show. Maybe it is and someone in the Zuffa marketing department fucked up and mislabeled it. But now it’s public so they have to do five part series of these things, all 45 minutes long.

I swear, while we will cover her a lot, because he might be the biggest “combat sports” star on the earth right now, we’re gonna do everything we can here at halfguarded.com to give you something of a unique perspective on UFC 193.
