Kinda weird to think of punk as a concept that has evolved, as it was really a reaction to something. In that sense, anytime punk evolves it is only in opposite of the rest of music and pop culture. It acts as an anchor, or at least a sail if you will, ensuring that life doesn’t go too far in one direction (ONE DIRECTION!) or another.
THIS Punk is just going to probably get beat up a lot. Like other punks before him.
